There is one very important aspect of being a member of this site and it’s about accountability.  If you are on a dangerous drug that will kill or harm you if you stop taking it suddenly, you have the responsibility to your family and friends, and to us on this site to act responsibly with your health and life. 
 
We ask you to show emotional maturity, and demonstrate focus as you try out new approaches to wellness.  Very importantly, you are expected to use lab results as your metrics. 
 
By using the RX-Free Zone you agree that you will hold us harmless for all decisions you make as a result of the ideas posed on this website.  It’s your job to do the research, to decide what makes sense for you, and to produce the lab results.  We are not medical professionals. It is our intention that you are working with  a doctor who supports your ideas and works with you as you improve your health.
